Member-companies find in ITALMOT both services and support which
allow them to be updated and ready to compete with other conpanies on the
market.
ITALMOT, and consequently its member-companies, belongs, through
ANIMA, of Confindustria, and, as such, can be represented at authorities
and avail of both conventions and services.
A significant activity of lobbying is also carried out - through ANIMA both
at national and European level.
A strong technical support to member-companies is given to member-companies
in law-making and standardization branches. As for standardization activity,
As a matter of fact, main objectives of ITALMOT are: defining quality
standards, fixing general sale and installation conditions, sponsoring and
arranging exhibitions and conferences, setting up committees for studying
specific topics (safety rules, liaisons with institutions for standardisation,
etc.), settling disputes by arbitration and taking into consideration all
matters of interest from a technical-economic point of view.
Within ITALMOT, COGREL, Committee of Generating Set Builders actively
coordinates interests of some qualified manufacturers who aim at defining
high technical and commercial standards in order to safeguard both themselves
and the users. |
